Sabemos lo importante que es proteger una pieza de colección. Despachamos el disco retirado de la funda interior original para evitar roturas en los bordes (seam splits) durante el envío, protegido en fundas de galga gruesa y cajas de cartón corrugado rígido exclusivas para LP de 12".

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

We strive to ship items as quickly as possible. Please note that the production time for your order to be shipped is 4 to 7 days, and the average shipping time is 15 to 21 days.

Tracking numbers will be updated 3 to 5 days after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at beachvolleyholidays@gmail.com.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What if there is a problem?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return it for a full refund. You must send it back at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the return package.
Note: If your package is on its way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order without penalty! You must cancel it before it ships. If the item has already shipped, please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address, what should I do?

If you have misspelled or autofilled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm it. Once you have checked that the address is incorrect, notify us by email at beachvolleyholidays@gmail.com. If the address is incorrect, we can change it to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of submitting the incorrect address.
